Frequently Asked Questions

What areas does Delta Flow cover?

We're based in Rothwell and work across Leeds, Wakefield and surrounding communities. Visit our Areas We Cover page for the main locations, or contact us if your area isn't listed.

Can you help me choose the right system?

Yes. We can talk through your property, heating and cooling requirements and the available options. Our recommendations are guided by suitability, not simply choosing the newest or most expensive equipment.

Are you qualified to install boilers and heat pumps?

Yes. Delta Flow's qualifications include Gas Safe registration, MCS accreditation and Heat Geek Elite status, held by our founder, Liam Hirst, as well as manufacturer accreditations. We make sure the relevant qualifications and processes are in place for each service we provide.

How much does an installation cost?

Boiler installations start from £1,600, air conditioning from £1,500 and eligible heat pump installations from £500 after applicable government grant support. Final costs depend on your property, system and the work involved.

Will you explain how everything works afterwards?

Yes. We provide a handover pack, explain your system controls and register warranties for installed equipment. We're also available to answer questions afterwards, and servicing can be arranged separately.

Can you help with servicing and repairs?

Yes. Alongside new installations, Delta Flow offers boiler servicing and repairs, heat pump servicing and air conditioning servicing. Use our service pages to find the right option or contact us to discuss your needs.
